My mobile number -9909963590 post-paid plan changed by Vodafone team without inform me from Monthly Rental Rs.50 to Rs.299 on Dtd. 02/07/2018.
Last couple of months I can’t received phone bill so my father(I was out of country) was go to nearest Vodafone center to pay the bill but my plan changed from Monthly Rental Rs.50 to Rs.299 on 02/07/2018.
My father explain them that we didn’t plan changed but they said call to customer care, so my father call to Vodafone customer care but billing/plan change issue not solve.
then we send hard copy application to Vodafone noddle officer Ahmedabad and one for nearest Vodafone store Jamnagar through post on dated 29.11.2018 regarding billing/plan changed issue.
parallel I do online chatting with Vodafone executive and send mail to Vodafone corporate care team regarding this billing issue but no solution.
for your information I was out of country from 07.04.2018 to 24.10.2018 with my parents, wife and children and my Vodafone simcard in India with my uncle.
my uncle didn’t call to Vodafone team to change post-paid plan, he received just call from Vodafone executive.
as per Vodafone team, my plan changed by my request through on call Dtd. 02.07.2018.
whenever I call to Vodafone care or online chatting for any complaint,they do always cross verification about me.
sir how can I call or give request to Vodafone team for change my plan on call Dtd.02.07.2018,I was already out of country and why they do not cross verification about me at that time.
I send mail to Vodafone team for do not call me because I am out of station even though they call to my father(My parents now in India and simcard with them) and mentally torcher to pay the bill otherwise they suspended my sim.
so many time I send mail to Vodafone team for sending bill as per my old plan plus usage charges (Monthly Rental Rs-50) so that I can pay the bill but they didn’t send bill until now.
Please do needful in this matter sir.
