Since yesterday morning I have been facing issue where my oneplus 5 which has a prepaid Airtel number of 9717029015 (registered on my father’s name) is showing all the network points and also showing 4g internet speed, but I am not able to either call or receive calls because of this error. Also not been able to use internet services. Somehow I contacted 121 executive, her name SONALI, tried helping me with some instructions on how to manually change network settings, but that also didn’t work out.
Then with no other option left, I had to go to the Airtel store in Faridabad sector-10, the most hideous place for people who seek some information about their chosen network. As I walked in, the female associate working their was already arguing with another r customer and took 30 minutes just to give her a simple information about her balance deduction.
As my number came, I told her the entire scenario, and all she had to say is that ,”we are facing some internal error with our network portal. It might take 48 to 72 hours to be fixed.
Cut to that I was not left with any other Choice but to activate other Jio number with a recharge of Rs.399.
I hope you read this carefully and resolve this issue at the earliest.
