bought a trouser set on 23July’23 and on 27July’23 product was delivered,but it was completely a different single aur damaged product than that was ordered,,so I raised a return request on meesho app,the very next day when the pickup agent came he refused to accept the product (parcel) saying it’s a only one and different trouser set it couldn’t be returned.. then I asked him that’s why I am returning this..I ordered something else and received something else..he said you can talk to meesho help center ..then I talked to help center not only by call but also by chat option too…but i disappointed totally because they were saying “Showing us here that the correct product has been delivered to you thats why it cant be retured.” . Either I’m blind or m fool so that I can’t differentiate between the products.so I lodged a complaint against meesho but this time they have closed the status of the complaint saying right product delivered so could not be returned back…
