I explored shine.com for job search. They charged aroun5k first to help in job search. After couple of days, agent called and started explaining other features. Then he asked me to pay for some services which I paid. Immediately I got another invoice for more payment for more services, which I though covered in first payment. Agent is to explicit or clear that I will get multiple invoices or service split. Also not mentioned exact amount as well. Immediately, I told them that I want to cancel offering and want my money refunded, They said it is not possible to refund.
If I prefer not to pursue obtaining service immediately after payment, I think I should have option to get refund.
