I ordered Hershey’s chocolates from amazon got the order on 25th Jan.
Order ID: 408-2912180-2505129
I ordered 20 units of pack of 3 AlmonD Chocolate that means total 60 packets
Received : 48 packets
I ordered 20 units of pack of 3 Milk Chocolate that means total 60 packets
Received : 30 Packets
Missing 42 packets
I have a video from scratch and can prove it, I spoke to customer service and they are a complete waste of time and asked me to wait for 5 days so you can investigate . I waited and now they are saying they have delivered everything and closed the case.
This is completely unprofessional and writing to expedite the process and deliver missing products or i will spread this on social media and share experience from Amazon.
