Dear sir,
I want to say that recently i ordered a mobile moto g5 amounting rs-
14400/-from flipkart order id-109167925069713000 on 15/05/2017 in delhi. I got delivery of my product on 24/05/2017. As i open up the packaging of my product i found rin soap instead of the handset. Handset and other accessories are completely missing. So i raised complaint to return or provide me the product i sent mail to flipkart head with screenshots of the rin soap that i recieve but they refuses and blocked my account of flipkart. I also contact to flipkart customer care to resolve my query but they told me they cannot do anything and adviced me to sent a mail to head. Now i cant access my flipkart account and they are not giving the reason for blocking my account. Either they are not resolving my query. Now i will file case in consumer court against flipkart.
