Text of Complaint by Menka Devi Kakkar:

I ordered multiple items, a total bill of Rs 1,060. The item Saguna Delfrez Nourish 12 – Vitamins and Minerals Egg pack was missing in the order. I called the delivery partner who could not give me any resolution. I tried reaching out on call but no numbers were reachable. I did a chat with help support but they said they cannot help and I should Email. I emailed the concerned team who said they are sorry but cannot do anything. I am so much dissapointed with Swiggy. worst experience, I will never shop with swiggy again.

Money wasted
Time wasted
Food ordered but not delivered, guests and kids at home but since eggs were not received caused a hassle for me.
Reached customer care multiple times but no resolution
Very unsatisfied with the service of swiggy. Will never recommend it to anyone and will raise a complaint in Consumer court
