Here’s the copy of the email i tried to send to Paytm.
Hi,
I use your app almost daily for various things but today I was a bit disappointed. I was trying to book a couple of bus seats from Chennai to Bangalore and I found one Bharathi Travels had listed rate as Rs. 600. So I tapped it to buy but once inside the fare changed to more than double. I thought it must be a mistake and tried again. Then I checked the app to file a complaint or get in touch with customer care but there’s no way one can do that except on issues relating to orders already paid or made. It’s the same on the website too. I just hope someone reads this email and corrects the misinformation that is given on your app and checks everything that is put up. You guys are great with all the services you provide but you shouldn’t mislead people. And it would be great if u had a better way to communicate to customers and not just on transactions done on your app but other queries and concerns and grievances. Thanks for being so inaccessible and making me want to pull my hair out of my head.
