Text of Complaint by Manvendr Singh:

We booked our flight ticket through PayTm from Delhi to Hyderabad scheduled at 03:40 pm today (19th May 2019).
The ticket clearly displayed that the flight would depart from Terminal T2.
We were at the airport by 02:00 pm and stood in a long queue outside Terminal T2 just to been told by the airport authorities that Air Asia operates ONLY through Terminal T3. Since it was my first time to Delhi airport I had to run all the way to Terminal T3 and I missed my flight.
I have been talking to the PayTm customer care since the past 3 hours now stranded at the airport. There has been no fruitful response from the team and they are just finding ways to ignore our calls.

We are still at the airport terminal feeling stranded and cheated.
