Text of Complaint by PRASANT MALLICK:

I have been trying since 12 May 2019 to do the dish TV realignment. Customer care people took my complaint  & said within 72 hours we will solve your problem. then after almost more than 10 times i have called them to solve my problem .

However still there is no solution & the service agent misbehave when ever in same line customer care agent is there . And the customer care team is least bother to my request finally I fed with the service and asked to terminate the connection they said if you want to continue continue the service else you can quit the service. Most unprofessional customer service.

They can’t solve simple problem why the hell they’re running the business they are torturing the customers. Finally I decided to quit the service and look for other services provider. I request each one of you don’t buy the Dish tv. Worst service provider .people don’t waste money.
