The delivery agent is saying he is not going to deliver my package and he wants me to collect it from the office of ecomm

He daily left the message on E com site that i have refused to take the delivery. Why should I refuse the delivery when i have paid for it. He talks rudely on the call. And speaks abusively.

It is a prepaid order and he is not delivery on my address
