I had raised relocation request on 2nd april for my jio fibre from my Belagum location with pincode 590006 to my Bangalore location with pincode 560037.
My appointment is being rescheduled without informing me from 10 days and customer service is not able to provide any resolution to the problem. No technician is visiting my bangalore location or contacting me for the same. I have 3 service requests pending against this and no action is being taken. Everyday i call at-least 5 times to jio customer care and no executive is able to help me with the same. Every executive has the same thing to say that their backend team will contact me and my issue will be resolved.
