Dear Sir/Madam, I was using Aircel Number 9700266490 last 8 year. suddenly Aircel office was closed so I visited Vodaphone store Tirumalgiri  Secunderabad Branch last month where your Executive Thousif has given service to me. I told him I came for portability from Aircel to Vodaphone. but one month no response. after 45 days again I visited Vodaphone store, he took my Sim number and raised for portability.

   I clearly told him I want to go prepaid connection. even prepaid also I am using the High value of recharge. I am not comforted by the postpaid connection. I was having the Idea postpaid connection I used that number last 6 year but they used to send the unwanted huge bill once or twice a year if you complain customer care they will not listen at lost customer will suffer. then we had a big fight made police complains etc…  etc.. and finally disconnected the number.

Toufiq told me don’t worry Sir I am providing you Rs 166 plan for Aircel customer. But surprisingly  I received Plan for Rs 349. and I didn’t any verification call from your end without my approval how they Issue such plan.

  Now last two days I am receiving a message Your Vodafone number 9700266490 is temporarily disconnected due to nonsubmission of document kindly contact 9885018912. when I called the number the girl told its a wrong number. why I am receiving such message which number is wrong.

Now you can see first commitment was wrong I asked the prepaid plan executive asked me Rs 166  plane and he has given me Rs 349 Plan. Plan activated without verification and my knowledge.

receiving the message last two days your phone will be disconnected because of nonsubmission of document.

Please do the need full.
