I have paid electricity bill of uppcl using upi.

Transaction id : n1804301433391159
Date : 30 april 2018 at 2.33 pm
Amount: rs 5077
Account on phonepe: rubal choudhary
No: 9811864093

 have done the transaction on 30th Apr 2018 and since then it is in processing state. My electricity can be disconnected any time now due to non payment of the bill.
I have called on PhonePe customer care and below is the information.
call 1 : On 1st May morning 10AM . I was informed that transaction may take max 24Hrs to get updated from biller and i should wait till 2.33PM of 1st May.
call 2 : On 1st May afternoon 3 PM : I was informed that they have raised a ticket with the backend team and should wait for 2 days i.e by 3rd May . Issue will be resolved by then any how. Ticket no assigned to me : 12563735
call 3 : 3rd May . Customer care is telling me that they have not received any confirmation from the biller and have asked me to wait 2 more days. When i ask them weather they tried contacting the biller , they are not giving any information and even not ready to understand the concern and have hanged up the call .
My electricity can be disconnected any time now.
