We have sent some items through meesho, alothough the package was returned by the buyer. The package was delivred to us in POD transparent package where it was clear that the pakage was containing some papers in it without our sent items. Our office boy accepted that package without any knoledge of original products. But on the same day raised this issue with meeso with unboxing video of package. meesho rejected the same with statement “We regret to inform you that we will not be able to process your compensation claim for Order ID. Based on our records, we have noticed that the ratio of claims against your returns has been significantly higher. Due to this, we are unable to accept your request.” this is completly cheating with sellers where they say make unboxing video for the return product and they didn’t approve the same. This is the second time we have cheated by meesho.
