Text of Complaint by Jaishree Jain:

I have recently ordered a kurta set from meesho which was white in color but the product which was being delivered to me was black in color and also the work is also not the same.. it is not looking good at all, nor the quality is good. And when i have applied for return they are not taking the pickup, the pickup boy says to file the request again by selecting the other option, i did but then also he didn’t take the return and was saying the same thing. I called in customer care they says they can’t do anything about this. I want my refund as soon as possible. It’s completely wrong.
