I was on a official trip to prayagraj and I booked a hotel for the first and last time

But Litetally your service is worst.
Hotel manager asked me to give an extra amount of money and that was 500-600 depending upon the room rate
I payed full amount 1419 through oyo app why should I give extra to the manager ??
His wording was we are not tie up to oyo
Nor I cancelled the room
So, I called the customer care of oyo so that He can talk to the manager but they mutually decided and they have cancel it
