My name is Mir Inayat from Sogam Chadoora district Budgam J&K 191113. I ordered a product from flipkart which was delivered on Oct 11 2023. However I didn’t like the quality of the product so I requested for the return of the same and a pickup was arranged between 14 to 20 oct. As I received pick SMS on daily basis but the pickup never happened neither did anybody called, yet i was receiving sms that pickup couldn’t happened as we were not able to call u. The same thing happened for 4 days. I called the called the pickup boy upfront bt he refused to receive the call as he was continuously disconnecting my call. In this regard i did smell some rat and i called Flipkart’s customer care to register a complaint and there i was told to wait till 20th oct as the said date was the deadline which i accepted. On 20th oct 2023 around 4 am i have received a sms that the pickup was cancelled stating the reason that customer didn’t got connected after multiple attempts. On this i was very upset and disappointed and i called flipkart customer support again and they arranged pickup again on 20th oct. Today on 21 oct i again received sms for pickup and got pickup call at 5:30 in evening and the pickup boy was like you have pickup but i will not come to your place you need to bring the parcel at main road as i will not come there. I told him no problem i will cover some distance so will u and we will meet on way down. I walk down the street for almost half KM and called him to chek where he was. On receiving my call he said no i will not come there if u want your package to pick you need to come at his place which i refused. When I reminded him that it is his responsibility to do his job he started misbehaving and abusing me. It was very disrespectful and derogatory language by his side. I was very hurt from this behaviour and i want justice in this regard so that it doesn’t happen with others ever.
