I made an order on 25th may 2020 at 2:31 pm using my paytm account an amount of 2999 from W for women website.The paytm transaction was shown as successful but the w website through e commerce was shown as payment failed.Contacted both paytm and merchant site. Both are saying they are not responsible and blaming the other party.What should I do? Feeling totally exhausted from all this.
