Hi, I had complained against Paytm few days back regarding the same pick up issue, till now no one from Paytm has called me or visited my home to pick up the return item.. I see only a miscall from Paytm (tried to call back misses call number but it doesn’t get connected) or a SMS saying we’ll pick up your item today but no show no call from the pick executive.. When I asked him to come in the evening, he said I can’t come.. This is not a good service from Paytm, I need my refund immediately.. I believe my previous complaint was of no use, hoping this complaint should do something..
