Hello sir,
I have a Airtel prepaid connection, and when i was buying connection i was promised that i will be getting a lifetime validity, but yesterday dated 23rd November 2018 i got a sms stating that my validity will be getting over in next 2 days, i have sufficient balance in my number and also i do use that number on a regular basis, despite this they are sending me message if discontinuation.
This is serious fraud
Please take action against Airtel.
