I received this text message from Airtel “Pack validity for Airtel no 7675873349 will expire on 25-Nov-18 & outgoing services will stop. Recharge with RC35 or more for continued services.Dial*121*51#”. When I verified my balance under prepaid, it is showing a balance talk time of Rs.559.65 NP.And when I verified about RC 35 in Airtel website it’s validity is shown as 28 days only, which means I have to recharge with RC 35 every 28 days for the continued services to the extent of my prepaid talk time balance of Rs.559.65 .When I purchased the Airtel Sim Card that time Airtel gave me life time validity. Airtel is cheating to customers……………so bad………….
