I have ordered Joven Men Cotton Checked Pyjama – Multi from paytm by paying 564INR.
As per the advertisement, the package consists of 2 quantity however, the delivered package contains only one piece / quantity. I have raised numerous complaints against it in Paytm but it didnt answer anything.
Paytm has made clear that there will be no return / replacements due to COVID 19, but they must refund me partially, as they haven’t delivered the actual quantity.
Further multiple customers have faced this isssue and they hae added their such comments in the “Ratings & Review” section of the product page in paytm
