Text of Complaint by Amit Pawar:

I ordered food through zomato app from hotel Indish in Delhi at 2023h and delivery time shown on the app was 2112h. However, even after 2112h it was showing as food was being cooked in the kitchen. So, I called the restaurant wherein I was informed by Mr. Manish that there was a slight delay and I would get my food delivered by 2130h. I also took the number of the Ryder and spoke to him.

He kept on assuring me that he would reach in 10 to 15 min, every time that I called him. The food was finally delivered at 2245h, that is 2 hours and 22 minutes after placing the order. Also, an hour before the order was received,  zomato app was showing that the food was delivered and I had no option but to wait for the food to be delivered.
