Text of Complaint by kapil:

My case id is 230713-06673. it has been 72 hours since my request. there is no service engineer visit to my address. I have called there customer care escalation desk 3 times, no resolution is provided. I have mailed to their escalation matrix level 2. There is no reply. I have mailed to Kent RO CMD. Till now there is no visit.
