Through Google pay rewards I bought earbuds on 13 may from Vaku Luxos brand. At the time of purchase it showed the order may delivered by 16 may. But the order not even packed for the shipment from the company. Regarding the issue on 16 may I’ve emailed about cancelling the order and also tried to contact but no response from the company support till now.
So please solve my issue,either the product should be delivered as soon as possible or the order should be cancelled and money should be refund.
