Dear Sir
I had ordered one item for which I had paid Rs. 377. This transaction was made on 26th June’2020. I also received an email confirming the order and it also stated that they will notify when the shipment would be done.
Thereafter, I wrote several emails to request for shipment details but I did not receive any reply from them neither I received the order till date.
