I have purchased 2 orders on 7th April and as a result I received total of 6 vouchers as follows:
Order ID: 7885183307
Paytm mall voucher: Rs.1000/-
Paytm food: Rs.250/- (4 nos)
Paytm Electricity: Rs.500/- (2 nos)
Order ID: 7885244512
Paytm mall voucher: Rs.200/-
Paytm food: Rs.150/-
Paytm Electricity: Rs.100/-
Total voucher worth: Rs.3,450/-
When I tried to use Paytm mall voucher of Rs.1000/- I’m able to receive only 397/- as loyalty cashback but not complete 1000/-. Please note that I have read t&c very clearly and followed the same while selecting the order.Its very sad to say that your team is really frustrating me than any one on this earth.
Whereas without voucher coupon code am getting Rs.830/- as loyalty cashback which indicates that your coupon codes are very useless to me
