Hello,

I have ordered my FASTag through Paytm app on 28 November 2019. The order number is 9782922348. According to the Paytm application, the product was delivered on 14 December 2019. But, the product was never delivered at the address that was provided. It was just the status that showed, the product was delivered. On 17 th October 2019, i noticed the status changed to product delivered. On the same day i have contacted Paytm through there 24×7 customer service. On 20 th october 2019, the reply from Paytm was, your product was already delivered.Again on 21st and 23 rd December 2019, i contacted Paytm asking them to send me all the courier details regarding my package. After 5 days , on 28th December 2019, they send me the proof of delivery. The proof of delivery was a signature that belongs to somebody else. Again contacted Paytm on the same day and 31st of December 2019 saying the product was not delivered in that address and the signature does not belong to anybody at my home. I got a reply from Paytm saying that they are working on that. On 3rd, 4th , 5th, 6th and 8th January 2020, I contacted them through there 24×7 customer care service. I got a reply on 18th January saying the same thing that your product was delivered on 14 December 2019 with Xpressbees. The same thing is going on since that day. Finally i contacted Xpressbees on 19th January 2020,the product was delivered and they told me that the complaint will not be taken as the turn around time has breached and suggested me to coordinate with Paytm for further assistance. At the same time i posted some messages through Paytm facebook page saying not to buy this product and shared my experience. I contacted them through there messenger. They replied me when i started to post in there facebook page saying they are working it out. Finally through messenger they told me they will not be able to process this any further.

The cost of the product is 400. Kindly let me know what can i do about it.
