Text of Complaint by Faizan Ahmed:

Poor and ridiculous service. Worst service of paytm customer care. I called since last 3 month and my concerns is not solved yet. Paytm is totally corrupt.No response from January in 24×7. I already talk With Monika & Dheeraj Mishra(seniors) in paytm customer care. Paytm cheated with kyc documents. Full of cheaters and corrupt agents. My queries reference no. Is 114620193116224743111657512105675136, 116491452. The problem is not solved yet. Poor service of paytm… Your customer service agent (monika, Shabnam, Dheeraj Mishra and many more is useless fellow. Sometimes they said that my kyc documents is de-linked but sometimes they said that it cannot be processed. Every time they registered my complaint to backup team but no response in 3 months. They don’t know the basic rules… I waited for 3 months to resolve my issue but couldn’t get any resolution. Worst experience & poor service.
