with above reference want to make escalate this issue to you that , i have paid my vodafone bill before 5 days and even i paid extra amount 450 rs.
still i am continuously getting bill payment reminders and every time when i made call again pre-recorded message start running for bill payment every time i have to listed that irritating 2 minute of reminder message the after i can make calls.
i am corporate client and having corporate plan, is this kind of service you are providing to customer, since 5 day i keep calling to customer care and minimum 25-20 times and every time they are just making me fool and says that in 5 min it will stop , we have forwarded to authority and all nonsense falls hops they are delivering every time , this is really very bad experience.
