Text of Complaint by Vikas goel:

Dear Sir,

I have booked the Railway Ticket on IRCTC through PAYTM Gatway on 23 March 2018 through IOB debit card an amount of Rs.3751.99 .

On 31 March 2018 I have received only Rs 738 to my respective bank.The paytm is delaying to refund the amount.still I am waiting for my refund amount Rs 3013.
