My IRCTC account was suspended and while making call to customer care, they are asking to send a mail to care@irctc.co.in. After sending mail, i got ticket no. even completion of 10 days also there is no response.
Again i made a call to irctc customer care, But there is not giving any information, they will take the request and saying for checking. But after completion of 30 min also they are not return back.
