Hi my International roaming pack for UAE renewed on 17/04/2019 @5999 for 28 days and as per pack o should get 4G speed up to 15GB however I am getting 2G speed which is useless even watsapp is not working. I registered a complaint on 18 and vodafone customer care asked me to wait till 20th I waited but no improvement in speed. Again I called customer care and asked for status than they told me.last request has been closed as maximum optooptimiza provided and I am able to connect with high speed and again lodge a request and asked me to wait again till 23rd and till now no one connected with me regarding this issue. No improvement in speed.
