Order #152420954586826 dt.31/8/23 wherein I ordered 2 rakhi shagun gc of 501 each. Both came pre-scratched and when I tried adding them to swiggy money, both turned out to be already used.
I have raised complaint on Twitter and mail but Swiggy simply taking compliant as a feedback and Not Refunding my money.
Swiggy is not willing to share the account details where these GC were added to. It is pretty clear that Swiggy workforce is/are culprit here and Swiggy is trying best to save the culprit.
Help me recovering my hard earned money from Swiggy.
