yesterday I placed an order for a sandwich from subway but changed my mind. I was unable to find an option to cancel the order so I decided to use the chat support provided by zomato.
The only answer I continuously got was that no order has been placed at all let aloan one is on its way.
Because of the company’s inefficiency and no-care attitude I had to shell out money I didn’t want to in the first place. Is it really the kind of customer relation the company wants to establish?
In the end when I asked them where can I give them a review about the bad service they’ve provided me they didn’t bother to even reply. Majorly disappointed with this behaviour.
