The Concerned,
This is to inform you that my confirmed train ticket has got cancelled automaticallydue to lockdown(COVID-19).
I have booked total 6 ticket from Bethuadahari railway station ticket counter(NADIA DIST-WEST BENGAL) .
We have not received refund money from IRCTC till now also have not got any intimation related to
date of refund/validity (if any).I am a Senior Citizen-EX Army.I have visited multiple time to railway station
for refundable amount but no luck as ticket counter of Betuadahari station is still closed and
so I approached Krishnanagar railway station(which is 30KMS from Bethuadahari station) there also no luck.
They are saying date is over but i have not got any intimation for refundable amount.
Hope you will understand my situation. So please i request you to take care of my issue and kindly refund my amount.
