Dear sir/madam,
I have done the number porting from JIO service to Airtel Service this year starting. As I have been using the Wifi Calling service in Jio Connection but when I took the Airtel Sim. Automatically the wifi calling option has been hidden. I checked the airtel website for wifi calling but what I see is only specific handsets of some brands are supporting wifi calling. As the Samsung J7 Pro has the option of supporting WIFI Calling. But I cant find the wifi calling option after putting the Airtel Sim.
I want to complaint regarding this issue. Why the airtel is not giving that option for the handsets which supports WIFI Calling. Please take it seriously for this issue. As we are paying the money and not getting services which the company gives.
