While booking the cab the estimated cost shown was between Rs. 246- 276. While paying the bill the charges increased to Rs. 324. The breakdown or reason to increase of amount is also not justified in the invoice.
When the complaint was raised on Ola it was immediately marked as resolved without any investigation. The driver should be penalised for increasing charges without consent. Ola company should be charged for their non responsive customer service, negligence and harassment of customers.
