Text of Complaint by Mohammed Mohideen:

  • I have ordered a food on 6th of sept in zomato application and received an incorrect item. I raised a query in Zomato chat app thrice but no response. Eventhough i raised this concern via email as well but still i have not received any response from them.

My order num is 1499857570.

My email reference num is 1407128.

Request you to take necessary action on this.
