Zomato has been sending incorrect order multiple times, this has happened with my friends too

twice in a row

when I raised a complaint to their customer support , they didnot have anyone to escalate this issue

and when enquired about transferring the credits to my bank or paytm ! They said I cant

i want to delete this account and I no longer want to be their customer and to do so I need to loose money money in the Zomato credit

being a customer for so long I get this treatment which is not fair
