I ordered for a chess set of Rs1699/- on 10th March 2021. Delivery date given was 15-16th March. However it got delayed. I contacted Amazon customer care everyday for asking reason and status. Amazon said due to covid conditions it was getting delayed and no fixed date could be given. So, on 20th March i cancelled my order. On 21st i received refund of Rs1649/- only. The rest 50rs was added as amazon cashback which can be used only for purchasing from Amazon, which i beleive to be injustice. 1699 was deducted from my account and getting back 1649 only is not justiciable as it was Amazon’s mistake that product was not able to be delivered. I request the authority for justice.
