Text of Complaint by Shipra mishra:

I ordered a shake from Zomato partner and I was delivered a half filled bottle from them.. I asked for help from the customer support. But they started playing psychological warfare of breaking customer so much that he gets frustrated and leave without having refund. The worst thing about them is now days only one person is dealing with many cases on the same time and the same person is acting as escalation desk and fooling the customer.. Iam attaching the photo of the half bottled shake delivered to me and the harassment of the support team by replying late and copy pasting the same kind of lines they are taught.. and they break customer by torturing them and it is so much frustrating that it should count at the level of assault or causing mental agony atleast.. hole this firm do something to them.
