Text of Complaint by Mihir Shah:

I was delivered a Product that did not cost the amount that it was charged for.
I had paid Rs 702 for an item that I ordered from Paytm but the item that I was delivered only costed Rs 339.80. I also uploaded the invoice that was showing Rs 339.80 in Paytm’s portal as well as mailed them the same. They stretched my case for 2 long months. In that period I did not hear or get any mail from their side. I had to call their customer care every 3-5 days and then after 2 months they gave me a lousy answer that I was delivered the wrong invoice (not the wrong item) and hence they will not do anything about it. And now they are blaming it on the delivery company that they sent the wrong invoice. I don’t believe it. Please take necessary action. Otherwise I will have to take necessary action against paytm.
