Dear Team,
I am not able to use any service from my Airtel Postpaid sim. I have tried every possible thing can be check. I have 2 connections my 2nd number is Vodafone i have interchanged it together to check the error but still Vodafone sim is working well in both slots, Then i had checked the network it is showing Airtel but when called 198 it is showing not registered on network.
I have raise the complaint to 198 from deferent cell. however i did not receive any feedback. I am paying approx. 470 per month and expecting at least a positive response from Airtel.
Request you to look into this. Awaiting for your action.
