Dear sir,

Vidhya here working as a hr professional in a reputed org, also having airtel sim shop and a using only airtel sim for the past 10 yrs,
Recently i have been facing an issue with airtel team , pls read the below issue details….,
* On 1st dec 2018 , i used AIRTEL APP andi have recharged my hubby number  for 499 rs unlimited pack for which the amount is taken from my hdfc bank ,but the recharge is not successful.,
* So i again tried recharging my number  for rs.349rs which is successful, so again i tried recharging 499rs [in a discount price of 448rs in airtel app] unlimited pack for my hubby again which is successful done ,
THE ISSUE IS :
* But i still didnt got my first recharge amt 499rs which is unwantedly deducted from my account  and i have attached all proof that my first recharge is nkt successful but the amt from my bank is deducted.
AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE’s ignorance :
 I called  Airtel customer care and infromed them this problem, they told the amt ll be credited within  10 days of time and again i did followups calls several times explaining the same and also registered a complaint[CONRC31230250161] , after this somwthing happened and they have closed the complaint by mentioning that tis recharge if successful, but i again called them n explained among 3 recharges , 2 is successful and one is not done and i need my 499rs amount back to my account , even my hdfc bank ppl told me that till today no amount has been came to my account,
I tried calling customer care again and now no proper response, i dont know to reach management people of AIRTEL, but  I have all the mail ids but i want to resolve this issue with customer care pppl before taking it to the next level.
NOTE:- ATLEAST FOR THIS ISSUE , I HOPE ,WILL RECEIVE A PROPER RESPONSE WITH THE EXACT DATE WHEN I WILL GET MY 499RS AMT BACK to my HDFC ACCOUNT.
