Text of Complaint by Vishal Asokan:

I paid the bill for 02 Nov to 01 Dec but the amount didn’t reflect in the Airtel account even after the amount was debited from my bank account. I raised a complaint but to no use. They repeatedly asked me to submit different proofs of payment and I submitted the UPI ID, bank transaction details etc. but no help. I’ve been charged extra for non-payment and I get calls daily warning me to get pay the outstanding amount but nobody at the Airtel office, Airtel broadband office, 191@airtel.com have been helpful.
