It’s time to renew my rental lease. Through our resident portal I was told my rent would be what you see at the very bottom of this complaint… THE VERY BOTTOM ( keep scrolling ). In fact they sent this very same offer a 2nd time. Naturally I said that I would renew. Then came a copy of my lease for an electronic signature. The price on the contract said $889.00 a month ( with nothing included). The price down below said that everything was included. Can I hold them to the original offer, or do I have to pay what’s on the contract? I have to give them an answer by January 31st.

How can you tell me ( in a different email ) that my total amount will be$990.00 – $1,000.00 when it clearly states that my total amount will be$947.00 ( everything included ).
