I received wrong order from zomato and have been refused any compensation or replacement.

I ordered keema and seekh rolls from roll mania today from delhi and received the wrong items. Even after sharing the images and videos of the order I have been refused my full refund or replacement of the order. as shown in the images these are not keema and seekh rolls.
