Text of Complaint by Ajay Yadav:

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent order through Swiggy on the occasion of Rakshabandhan. My experience with both Swiggy and OM Sweet has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and aggrieved.

On the aforementioned occasion, I placed an order for two items, namely Ghevar Khoya and Dhoda, both of which are renowned offerings from OM Sweet in Gurgaon. Regrettably, upon receiving the order, I discovered that only one box was delivered, whereas my order consisted of two distinct items. In light of this discrepancy, I immediately approached the delivery partner, Mr. Rahul Barman, and requested that he open the order to verify its contents. I diligently captured visual evidence, including photos and a video recording, of Mr. Barman confirming the absence of one of the ordered items.

Mr. Barman duly acknowledged the error and advised me to raise a complaint through the Swiggy app, as he claimed this issue was recurring for numerous customers. Following his guidance, I proceeded to file a complaint via the Swiggy app’s help center. To my astonishment, the resolution provided by the support executive was both inadequate and disproportionate to the value of my order. I was offered a mere Rs. 57 coupon in compensation, despite the fact that my order was worth approximately Rs. 300 and one of the items was not delivered by OM Sweet. I possess all the necessary evidence, including Mr. Barman’s video confession, the bill receipt, corroborating statements from security personnel, and photographs taken during the order verification process.

Given the compelling evidence at hand, I implore you to address this matter with the utmost urgency and fairness. I seek not only proper justification for this glaring oversight but also an appropriate and just compensation for the inconvenience, disappointment, and time wasted. If these concerns are not promptly and adequately addressed, I will be left with no recourse but to explore legal options against both Swiggy and OM Sweet for their alleged fraudulent practices.

I firmly believe in a fair resolution to this matter, one that upholds the integrity of the services provided by both Swiggy and its partner restaurants. I kindly request your immediate attention to this issue and anticipate a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
